Start Your EAP Application

• Collate your items in the order on your checklist.
• Bring 1 copy of your checklist with you to the office (this is part of your application!)
• Make sure you have the correct number of copies + the original of each required item.
• Only use paperclips! No staples, no folders, no binders, etc. JUST paperclips.
