2009 UC Davis Study and Internship Fair – 10/1/2009 - For Exhibitors
Exhibiting at the 2009 Study & Internship Abroad Fair is a good opportunity to meet UC Davis students. The fair will be taking place on the West Quad located in the center of campus adjacent the Memorial Union. The Memorial Union houses our main student coffee shop, bookstore and numerous student services. The Quad is a large tree shaded lawn where our students relax between classes, hang out with friends, and enjoy picnics.

Parking Instructions

Exhibitors are instructed to park in the North Entry Parking Structure (NEPS). PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO ENSURE A PARKING SPACE! We have reserved parking spaces in the NORTH ENTRY PARKING STRUCTURE and in Visitor Lot 17 for the event. A parking attendant will be at the parking gate to pass exhibitors through and direct them to the allotted event parking spaces between 8:00am and 10:30am. To arrive at this structure, please use the Howard Way entrance off of Russell Blvd/5th Street on the north side of campus (see enclosed map). If the NORTH ENTRY PARKING STRUCTURE is full, you will be directed to park at Lot VP17 where additional spots have been reserved.

Check-In

Check-in will begin at 9:00am at the fair site.

Sending Packages Ahead

Exhibitors interested in sending materials ahead of time should mail their packages to Bekins Moving & Storage Agent at the following address:

Packages may be sent as early as July 1, 2008, but should be mailed no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. For more information, please call Bekins at (916) 649-7320.

Lunch

Vendors will have a choice of meal during registration. Lunch will be served at approximately 11:45am. The $125 registration fee covers the cost of one lunch. Therefore, please indicate on the registration form if additional meals needed. In this case, please include an additional $10.00 for each additional meal.

A light brunch and bottled water will be provided as well.

Weather

The weather during the first week of October can be hot in Davis. We will provide individual umbrellas for each table, but exhibitors should prepare by dressing accordingly.
